Pricing and lead time:

The exact model price and lead production time are dependent on your model scale, model size, model details, landscaping, lighting, and others.

Model Scale: We suggest scale 1/2" = 1'0" to 1/4" = 1'0" or 1:25 to 1:50 for showing the interior details or individual buildings, scale 1/8" = 1'0" to 1/16" = 1'0" or 1:100 to 1:200 for showing tower buildings, scale 1/30" = 1'0" or 1:350 to even smaller for showing site landscape or master plan design. Model size: Measure the length and width of your site plan and divide those numbers by the scale, and you will get the size of your model.

How much detail: Low (mass or block models, etc); Medium (landscaping models or site plan modes, etc), High (residential & commercial models or tower building models, etc).

Landscaping & Lighting: We produce most of the landscape supplies ourselves to maintain the model consistency. Meanwhile, we purchase some accessories from top suppliers. Furthermore, the lighting effects of our models are true to life.
 
 

Others: We offer customized Plexiglas covers, model bases and stands, etc.

Packaging and delivery:

Since the models needed have a long distance trip to your office, the package of the models is very important. We have rich experience in packaging different kinds of models. Usually, we build sturdy shipping crates to hold the models, and sometimes we use aluminum air boxes.
 

You can choose sea shipping or air freight services according to your projects' need and budget. The cost of sea transportation is much lower than air freight. However, transport by air is much faster with the lowest ratio of loss and damage.
