As visual communication tool, an architectural model tells millions of words. Our models are widely used in real estate sales promotions, public presentations, city planning preview, architecture design review, education and museums. Models serve developers, architects, government, teachers and civil engineers in different ways.

A successful architectural model is a team work achievement of you, the designers and us. Before deciding to make an architectural model, you need to know the following pre-project checklist:

1. Construction drawings: Floor plans, Roof plan, Site plan and Elevations drawing files in a variety of format including DWG DXF PDF and JPG.

2. Details and accessories: We need to see the details drawing (such as paver patterns and railing details) and landscaping information (roads/bridges/trees/vehicles/people/light poles/ water features, etc.) if they are not shown on the above-mentioned plans.

3. Colors: All of the building surface colors of one project should be indicated in one color chip (such as Pantone or RAL).

4. Renderings or photos: In order to build models accurately and avoid mistakes, it's better to have renderings or photos read and checked.
